ACP Internal Medicine Workforce Summit
ACP hosted the ACP Workforce Summit: Internal Medicine for the Future of Health Care in May, organized in partnership with the ACP Council of Subspecialty Societies and Jefferson Health. Health care professionals and thought leaders from various sectors and medical professional societies addressed the rapidly changing dynamics of the internal medicine workforce, spanning payment and care model reform, medical education, training, and workforce pipelines. The Summit reflects ACP’s ongoing commitment to lifting the voice of internal medicine physicians and strengthening their role in shaping the future of high-quality care delivery.
